***reply -- i'm sure there are websites/industry associations with averages. all i know from 40 years with real estate clients is that they very widely and averages don't mean much. also, these properties have been private, and we are evaluating the recording keeping by property managers, bookkeepers, full accountants, etc. it is safe to say that none of those numbers have been subject to GAAP and will undoubtedly be different in a public company accounting environment. so, we are not prepared to speculate. evaluation by the auditors who will be reviewing the financials going forward will be available in the near future.***

When companies such as Beneficial are hired to acquire site, permits, etc. what is the norm for that industry for that companies fees percentage wise. I know in my field of architecture, which is mainly residential, we will be anywhere from 4-8% pending on the type of project
