all i can say is maybe they do a little mining somewhere and maybe they were able to circumvent the SEC cause a bunch of us including LITTLEBRIDE AND CAPTAINMOTI had GARVEY SCHUBERT BARER do the necessary paperwork over 3 inches thick called CONFIDENTIAL AND ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGED REPORT ON PROM RESOURCES with GERALD SKLAR pretty much getting top=billing on this PROM DEAL.THIS report must be into the SEC cause it was prepared in feb.09.imo

so as strange as it seems PROM RESOURCES may mine?who the heck knows one way or the other for sure?imo and thats why i always refer to prom resources as a scam for failure to disclose adequate infomation.imo
