Completely agree with your last sentence, but

this is not conservative management, this is ineffective/nonexistent management.

Look at the history with the symbol changes and reverse splits. When time is up, JB changes symbols and starts over with new supposed "investors'.

The problem here is and has been JB. I'm not sure anybody wants to JV with him. Great geologist....no CEO skills.

After looking externally for reasons as to failure and lack of execution, it's way past time to recognize the problems are internal.
