You see though, it CAN be converted. The Doty reported even warned of this happening. It said convertible shares can be converted now, but would take time to do so.

I have been in way too many stocks to know when people say "well yeah the shares are convertible, but why would they want to do that instead of holding long like everyone else"....I know that line well.
