AGN – IMDC – MRX fallout:

IMDC +10% (AGN makes competing buyout bid)
MRX -8% (market perhaps worried they will match AGN)
AGN -3% (market thinks they are already paying too much)

As posted early this morning (#msg-8501021), I can’t see any justification for AGN to want IMDC unless the rationale is to quash IMDC’s competing botulinum toxin to protect Botox.
