The firm says that 2 Israeli news agencies are reporting a second INTC 45nm Fab is likely. UBS Warburg believes that VSEA has the most potential for revenue and EPS upside. The firm also expects KLAC, AMAT and NVLS to benefit from the new 45nm Fab.
