FOOD STAMPS: Make people pass a one month course/book chapter in school before they are allowed to have sex. If they score 12 times a year they get January for frolic in Florida or something.

That would transform the USA in 1 year into the fastest learning growth nation the world has ever seen. jmo.

Instead we reward lazy bums who will aid in the destruction of the constitution later on.

There is no dangling carrot reward for people to be any smarter. Just sluts and losers multiplying on the borrowed future of our children via China and economic warfare enemies world wide.

This is just a thought I had is all.. Make people work for an addiction and they turn violent these days.
