Maybe he has the cash but what is the difference to him? He is not looking to sell shares...IMO, I wouldn't throw 12k out the door and not really benefit from it business wise. Now if the 12k got him a contract signed then its money well spent. For him to throw 12k at the OTC to help shareholders, from his perspective, dump shares at higher prices, doesn't help his business at all.
Lets face it, he wants to make money not spend it. He was also very pissed off when MR ran this thing up and dumped on others. He didn't make a dime on that call, so would you throw 12k at something to help others pump and dump your stock?
