My thought who owns the company are the principals who failed to file therefore putting this stock in the position to be revoked. And yes, the SEC did revoke it. IMO, lucky is right. The company has no obligation what so ever to include any shareholders in the future.
That would happen through years and years of litigation, which would more that likely fail. Only speaking what I think, do not know for sure. Lucky seems to be up to date on these.
