Actually last time it was alot quicker. This time I would hope it's due to a settlement in the works. Attempts to contact the CEO have been met with "he is in a very important meeting the next couple of days" what else but a settlement?? We will move up. Buy the hype and explode on the news

all in my opinion...but likely fact.
