"It’s silly to think this is just another case"

Tell that to the other 10,000 cases. Everyone always thinks that their case is special. Very, very few are. Just as the on-banc court denied review, this case is fighting aginst huge odds. As many here, I have been wrong on the merits all the way up, and very well may be wrong here, but I think that you are deluding yourself if you think that there is much of a chance of review here. And again I am arguing against my self interest since I am very long (still).
