Gig hit a $1.08 today and Lightwave $1.03 not a bad call.

AND TODAY Gig announced that a new company was formed and the investors headed for the hills. Hopefully Gig will announce good news on the Call, Else it goes below a Buck, oh get this the float on Ihub is listed as 20.99 million of only 22.07 million shares, no more low float move the price on a whim, those days are gone.
I wonder who the officers of the new company will be, How it will be funded and how much (if any) the officers will be compensated?
Remember back in the day Gig gave the Lumera shareholders 3 Million Shares for 6 Million Dollars Plus the Secret Recipe to their Super Duper Electro Optic Polymer. Uh do the math 2 bucks, hmmmm
Conference call at 5:00 tomorrow I’m not sure that I’ll be around to listen though.
If these guys hadn't spent years posting numerous false posts about Lightwave Logic I would not take the time to point this out but it looks like the chickens are coming home to roost.
