IBCS got caught redhanded with that false WTKS PR and was forced to issued a retraction today. Of couse the things that D&D said on their Internet Radio broadcast last week and today will also probably come back to haunt them.
IBCS issued a false PR about WIQQ being an affiliate too. That's been confirmed as well.
You know how the SEC doesn't like false press releases being issued....
IBCS suddenly quits having a newsfeed from a news network when it is finally exposed that IBCS has been stealing CNN Radio News Network... CNN, Westwood One and Time Warner don't let stuff like theft go unnoticed....or unlitigated...
Then there is suddenly no music on today because...ooops, nothing has ever been paid to ASCAP, BMI or SESAC....
You know Bill, you went on record some time back talking about how you didn't have a problem with someone running a public company who had no prior experience in the field of endeavor that company was following... That D&D had NO broadcast experience was of no concern to you and you said as much.
Well, now they've crossed over all kinds of lines at the SEC and the FCC as well as the problems they now have at CCU, CNN, ASCAP, BMI and SESAC, would you still be willing to back them now? Do you still have that same confidence in their abilities, such as they are?
