This moron will not post again unless it is to comment on the great advances of TMMI, or to challenge claims that appear to be false. Stewgutz doesn't have a corner on vigilance. I'm sorry for bringing up the past. Those wounded in the past do not so easily forget the deceitful and harmful ways this company behaved. Criminal charges should have been brought but the SEC has evidently bigger fish to fry. But.....it is the present. The company appears to be righting the ship and other than some dubious phrases (to me anyway) I know the successful pursuit of their goals will make everyone happy.
As far as the new company, I don't think a patent could be issued on top of someone else's patent. At least that's my understanding of patents. I'm sure I will be corrected swiftly if there is disagreement.
