The S-1 was solely to announce the Spin-off correctly. And it still took them 7 attempts because of lawyer ineptitude. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH I O U s OR NAKED SHORTS OR SHORT TRAPS OR CROOKED MARKET MAKERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
