So far, we lack the upward mobility we had there and the ability to stabilize after reverses. However, I believe we do have a better with regards to accessible potential resources and a mill. Of course, their land holdings from an historical perspective were quite impressive. I talked to their management team at the recent Hard Assets Conference in San Francisco and they seem to be holding on pretty well. If we start seeing any movement and follow-up on the DRMS side with regards to CGFI over the next 2-3 weeks, we might have a shot on this one. Although it is always a gamble, and this was not totally a surprise, it is very disappointing not to see this one hold over .01.
