MDHI is not profitable. MDHI shows losses. The Medipendant has been on the market for years and is still a poor seller. The first Costco Promo with the Medipendant produced disappointing results. Those estimated sales numbers were really given a haircut, weren't they? The competitors are eating the Medipendant's lunch from those throw away Albertson's bags. Geeezzzz, what a joke this has all been. As for CEO Ronnie's $60 million nasdaq company? That failed, remember? I don't think that failure should be touted as a successful accomplishment. Might be best to never see that mentioned again. YIKES! Looking for that MDHI R/S or BK to happen soon. Remember, CEO Ronnie was asked about a R/S in the CC and refused to say that it wouldn't happen. We know what that means, don't we! R/S time is quickly approaching. Buyer beware!

BTW ....What ever happened to that 3 month old Term Sheet? The CEO went silent on that. Did it fail too, just like that failed FF merger? Are there any updates to that Term Sheet? TIA. Lots of MDHI failures at getting the pps up, too. Here are just a few of the failed attempts. Take a look >>>>>>

First Fitness Merger - failed

Albertsons bags - failed

MotorBooster - failed

Company paid promos - failed

MDHI banners - failed

Recycled PRs - failed

Conference Call - failed

All CEO radio interviews - failed

Even Costco couldn't succeed in getting the MDHI pps up. 100% Failure for MDHI. Funny how the past has a history of repeating itself. ;)
