You know I think Volk should just ask EXXI to hire him as a consultant.....quick money...and then put that money into drilling oil ...instead of waiting for this loan to fund..... that way idea of merger would be more feasible looking...?? thinking about possibilities...Virgin is weaker than EXXI anyways IMO....ah wait...but what if this case goes to trial Volk loses VM 179? hmmm...well convince EXXI to buy it from Montecito (is it?)...while being a consultant... :)
