John Flemming just responded to my Email. He did not offer much expanation for the problem. If fact he didn't even seem concerned. He only mentioned that it could be slow if I was using the old mailers. I emailed him back saying I get the new mailers. Anyway, I am very worried that nothing is being done about this problem. Hopefully he will look into it.
