My understanding though was that there is a specific Kryron "mix" for each application, and without knowing the precise mix, one supposedly cannot replicate the intended application with all of its expected properties without a lot of difficulty and trial-and-error, if at all. Am I incorrect in that understanding?
If not, then it wouldn't be a simple matter of using Kryron powder intended for LED's and re-purposing it for armor (unless one were already well-versed in the specific mix formula, which only Bourque staff are). In which case, wouldn't ITAR no longer apply? Reverse-engineering of Kryron is supposed to be extremely difficult, based on most of what I have read about it.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, I am just trying to get my assumptions in order. Thanks!
