Yes, the quiet period referenced was evoked by the filing of the S-3 registration on 1-18-13 until the Notice of Effectiveness on 2-15-13

Do you are does anyone else know why they were under a quite period? Could it be for uplisting possibly? Was it self-imposed?




The Company is pleased to report that the recently filed registration statement with the Security and Exchange Commission is now effective, thus concluding the imposed “quiet period”.
