Looks to me like the Blog had been there since 2010... when someone joins as a member it can be at any time...There is no date as to when Bob joined.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) came out on June 12... Then the screen shot was taken on June 13th... Bob probably became a member on the 12th as he was checking out Canco/Manjit just like everyone else was on the 12th, when the PR came out.

Stop the negative spin...
