As I remember, Birdman was in on that deal before it happened. I saw the blogs and posts. And the deal was swimming along fine until some people here did a little DD on Manjit and exposed what type of person Kennay was dealing with. It was my impression that that exposure queered the deal.

But that's of little significance now. I'm just wondering if Kennay has sold more discounted shares to a "financer" who will be bringing them to market soon, like what happened yesterday. If he hasn't yet, he will "soon." That's Kennay's only source of income from KATX. It's not a matter of "if," it's only a matter of "when" and how low the next 50 or 100 million share dump will take the PPS. I'm thinking we'll see new lows at .0004 or .00035 within a week or two. And as soon as Kennay can negotiate a deal with a suitor, KATX will change hands completely. Then the RS will happen. But that will be difficult with the BVIG distro hanging around his neck. So expect more gradual dilution until that issue gets settled.
