- a NEWs release - I read it!!!

The interested buyer was investigated - his properties investigated - THAT WAS A GOOD THING!!
KEN used what ever resources HE CHOSE - THAT WAS A GOOD THING!!!

That it was a BAD deal for shareHolders was found by research - a good thing - The BEST INTEREST of shareHolders was maintained AGAIN A GOOD THING

To Spin that Ken saving shareHolders equity is - was BAD -- ABSURD!! - SPIN!! - DISINGENUOUS!
