You are on the Right track. If insiders don't feel the stock is worth owning then why should you? Warrants and debentures do indeed give an indication of some intrinsic value to a stock. Following all three can help give you an indication of whether a stock is Worthy of a purchase. Let me know if you have any specific stocks to look at.
