Zeev, Les' scan shows 99% of NDX 100 over 10SMA. 61% over 200SMA, 90% over 21 SMA, 80% over 50SMA.

Those numbers have usually signified a top. The thread I post charts on has the scan numbers off the major highs going back to 2001 for your viewing pleasure:
