I don’t think Vascepa’s patents will stand up to P-IV challenges

What are your reasons for that opinion when actually GSK/Pronova won a patent infringement suit against Par/Teva, whereas Mnta which you so high regarded lost their suit against a Chinese nobody from the LA Inland Empire.

When I looked into Lovaza patent portfolio on the FDA OB site, Lovaza has only 3 patents listed whereas Vascepa has 8 currently listed and counting related to the Anchor trial.
