Recieving 12% on your loaned money for a company is pretty common. I know there are alot of contractors paying the 12% here in california to build tract homes and to build spec homes. I have had that offered to me. My dad is earning 12% from a couple contractors. It seems to be the bussiness standard for companies without money right know.
