It is not so much "where" in the market, but where in some stocks, for instance, if you believe this is a cyclical bull starting, some stocks are still lagging and should asvance, like AAPL here at $15 or COO here between $27 and $28.5. SKX is also still lagging. If you are venturesome, the bu$$ here between $13 and $13.50 is also "relatively cheap", but I think that my own order just around $12.60 (if it fills) is even cheaper (g). Chasing anything assures whipsaws, so, if you feel a bull is coming, just increase your exposure to equities gradually. In general, a pull back into the 1330/50 could be used to add (once more, if you believe this is the beginning of a cyclical bull, I don't).
