Cramer buys 100 at $27.54.

Facebook is down 3% today on no news, and we'll buy the weakness. It has an impressive user base of nearly 1 billion worldwide and is making progress on its mobile monetization strategy (100% sequential growth in its last quarter and now 23% of total advertising), which we see as improving over the next two quarters on easy comparisons and further investments. Its Exchange product showed progress and is also in early stages.
