Well 20% of $500m as a royalty is approx $100m in pure profit - the technology-patent royalties are paid separately by KG.

I think PTIE has less than 50m shares O/S, so that would be eventually $2 per share. Plus the Cash/Milestones.

Plus the PTIE pipeline, which when I looked at before, is not at all empty.

I don't own PTIE, it's a while since I looked at it, but basically I don't understand why the price is stuck in the $8s now - unless the fear is that KG may not close, or will seek better terms due to share-holder pressure.
