This depends on your definition of business developments... Nothing has happened in in the last year except they lost the BOD maybe due to suspected fraud. Volk defaulted on the I1 well. No movement on any other assets in the process of being "acquired" over the last year. The only thing new is the O/S increased 4 fold and the release of a carefully worded commitment letter which I suspect is over 8 months old. No movement in any Montecito litigation. No date in front of any judge coming any time soon to settle the matter either.
