Well I will discuss with you as you seem to be grounded in the moderators role here.


Do you have level II for this stock? If so, have you seen ARCA dumping his brains out along with his little friend?

These 'shares' are not buying and selling, they are DIRECT selling from the company............to raise capital. Have you tracked what they have sold?

It may open your eyes...........and understand the simple fact the os is not near 1.2b. The TA is gagged, another NO NO, but they did it. I slapped my head in disgust when I called and they said, 'the company will not allow us to distribute that information'......... Its the one thing that most new companies do when they cannot find alternative ways to raise capital........and it kills long share holders...........key word, "debentures".......look them up, look at companies who use them..

Its ugly, period. Lets hope they clean em up, other wise the shorts will run this one like mad.
