the BEST thing about the scenario you describe is that, yes, even tho it leaves Frank in control, by only having 1 bil or so shares out (Still too many for me), it makes 'supply and demand' a lot more valid in regards to PPS.

right now..there' significantly more supply than demand.
I personall would LOVE to see the # of shares under 500,000,000. Frank can still have 53% of them. It woud force the PPS to a RESPECTABLE level, AND, give the company/stock ROOM TO GROW. Now it doesn't have that.
