One free product per family every 30 days, which I of course will bend if they spend money. Plus I never point out the free every visit. Phrase it so seems like they have to buy at least ad pack. Very rarely do I give just a free, unless it is the darn VIP's but even then I practically stand on head to get a sale out of them.
