Question Beau. Why does a company establis an AS? Is it not to allow the company an opportunity to be funded by shareholders to build the company and shareholder value. Remember, when Tom took over, there was over 850,000,000 shares outstanding with no company value whatsoever. We do hope this has changed and are awaiting the big news that will lead us forward.
