Cookie I concur. Everytime Jeff put out a

PR there was a sell-off and the shorts would try to drive down the PPS.

But there are no shorts around. It's impossible to short a non-marginable grey stock.

The last PR he issued in Dec resulted in the stock going up, as it has for all ... but one PR. That one PR was the imaginary stock buyback - which could be an issue with the SEC.

It's probably safe to scratch off the reaction of the shares as the reason for Jeffy not saying anything. Strictly legal.
