the speculation was based on 8M restricted shares being issued. some of us thought that would trigger an 8-K filing, 4 trading days later.

as another poster pointed out, 8-K filings are only required for 15% of the OS (or more) in share issuance. hence no 8-K required.

i do think we have a filing coming, to give details of the ventana loan when it's funded.

we will probably also see filings about newly added board members. jmho.
