IMO, RFMK originally approached THC Scientific because they wanted to "copy", with a few wrinkles, the Omicron Vape... IMO, THC most likely did a fair degree of development work for RFMK and their new "CannaCig".. then... RFMK probably didn't take care of it's obligations to THC... so THC, after developing the new "CannaCig" for RFMK, and not being paid for doing so, in protecting their own interest, went after the "Cannacig" trademark. So.. if RFMK sells any number of "CannaCig" units.. THC can go after royalties from RFMK, for selling a product that is now Trademarked by THC... Thoughts?
