Really, Itesprit???? Hmmmmm, and should you ever start a new endevor, I'm sure you won't own over 50% of the Company right? You will no doubt dispurse the majority holding of YOUR Brainchild over many hands... I suppose you might, but I didn't and I know an awfull lot of people that haven't and wouldn't.

Maybe I missed something in your post but as the founder and ongoing CEO, regardless of what you or I may think of his job, he is still the founder and his choice WAS / IS to maintain a majority.

Perhaps in the future this will all change for whatever reason but this is what we have now.
