This is yet another example of wallice's obsession with the Spencers. According to my read here http://www.geckosystems.com/W_W_W in the VA kangaroo court system, wallice had to provide NO proof whatsoever other then whining in a convincing manner. Besides it is only a misdeameanor and of course wallice characterizes is as the end of the world for Spencer. You know, that "Chicken Little" thing of wallices that all things, according to him, have the sky falling in on the Spencers. What a moron that wallice is...
