I haven't got to the plans details yet but it is easy to see in Google Map where exactly MERLIN well is located from the longitude and latitude described here:

and I don't know if it is MERLIN for sure but I confirmed the plan# link with what you posted...

I wonder if you could tell us how you know the completion dates? Is it in the plans?
