Thinker, have you gotten responses from FLTL in the past. I used to write Hartcourt and I got answers, but that was years ago. Now I'm trying to make sense of this FLTL merger/acquisition with MK Aviation. I have no luck getting any response from FLTL. Maybe you will do better. I wish you luck and look forward to one of us getting a response from FLTL...I found this...

b. No Dilution of Shares

(i) Fintel will not issue any of its common shares to any third party after the date of September 30, 2005, up to and including the Closing Date.

...This is in effect till Dec 30, 2005 when the deal is supposed to close. So no more dilution, to a third party, until next year anyway....Enjoy your weekend...
