i was half serious,amphastar kinda "lawfully aquired"(in lieu of bought) the tech for enox from the fda(grain elevator) in order to get fda approval ( crop yield from lotto seeds)...but it was saving the seeds for further crops that will be ruled unlawfull( selling their enox into the market ) without paying royalties to MNTA ( or MON).


i know its a stretch and i am not an attorney,lol
