MON -- Interesting argument by the farmer. He bought the seeds from a third party, thus did not sign a contract with Monsanto governing their use. He used Round-Up to pick resistant plants, and went on from there.

Similar to reverse-engineering but easier. The Supreme Court doesn't seem to be buying it.

When do patents on Round-Up expire? Soon I assume.
