well duh. last 5 quarters=1.25 years. They've been in the toilet with the rest of the auto industry in general during the recession. Pre-recession they were profitable, it's not like they haven't proven they can be profitable. Simply surviving the recession while many competitors went bankrupt is evidence that there is more profitability potential than there was before the recession. They merely need to seize it, and it sounds to me like they are fighting tooth and nail to do just that.
