That is basic facial recognition. Available everywhere that has a video camera and the PC software. Why the big deal?

Which one demonstrates how it respond if Lula fell down?

If such was video'ed, it would be fake, right? Where is it claimed that the CareBot being used was capable of detecting her fallen down? No where!

Why no vids of Lula interacting with the robot?

Why don't you ask GOSY? Send them an email or call. Maybe she was too frail to talk well and for privacy the family said no. Since you have interest in becoming a Carebot dealer, you could make those inquiries. Sorry I can't be more help here-
