Agreed, there is a way to do it and there is the standard pinkie way of doing it.......at this point it's hard to distinguish which route is being taken.

I don't think "fundraising" is appropriate at the current sp levels. Being so low it's sooooooo many more shares needed to obtain the same dollar amount if the sp were higher.
