There is no current dilution. The outstanding was bumped on Feb 4th to complete the merger and it's all explained in the Colorado filings (refer to my prior post # 12845) and the PRs and they will be letting us know when they do in fact need additional shares to assist with the financing of their 40 million plus energy project.
