It isn't nuts if you look at the price that the stock was trading before the CEO cancelled 45 million shares, before the latest contracts, and before they paid off debt without dillution. If the vaulation was 77 mil before all that, it has to be worth more than that now. The price is simply correcting to reflect that. Had this been a stock trading on the big board, it would have gapped up at the open after announcing a cancellation of half the O/S. But because it trades here in penny land, it went unnoticed. Those who took advantage of that arbitrage in price are being rewarded. There is nothing wrong with selling too soon for a profit, but if you know what you hold, you are able to ride it higher with confidence.
